Non-critical – Please fax, e-mail, snail-mail, or document in on-site notebook*.

*Upon request, Padre will provide a notebook to be kept on-site for communicating with the Padre staff.

THE MESSAGE IS RECEIVED:

Brad and Sandra are hands-on owners!

The phone (619) 280-8024, e-mail (info@padre2serve.com), fax (619) 741-2986, and mail (P.O. Box San Diego, CA 92160) are all directly handled daily by Brad and Sandra.

On-site notebooks are reviewed by Padre’s staff during each service trip and by Brad as necessary.

THE MESSAGE IS INTERPRETED:

Some communications may need further input or clarification from the Padre staff that services your account.

If this is the case, Brad or Sandra will let your know that our staff will be contacted as part of addressing the issue.

THE MESSAGE IS RESPONDED TO:

The appropriate action will be taken as soon as possible.

Every effort will be made to follow-through within 24 hours or during the next service trip.
